Yoga

Yoga is the focus between body movements and yoga poses, giving you a full body work out. It's as well mixture of stretching and exercise.

The variety of yoga positions will stretch your muscles and give them a shape to be proud of.

 

Let’s start from beginning. The most important is breathing. So simple.
Let’s connect movement & breathing to achieve improvement in your stretching and strenghtening. Power yoga is the focus between body movements and yoga poses, giving you a full body work out. Each student should share with the instructor any pain or previous injuries. The practice is a self-guided study and it is each individual student’s responsibility to be aware of and adapt around pain and injuries.

Preparation for yoga class & what to take with:

> Comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement and allow for perspiration are advised. Practice is done barefoot.

> We have yoga mats to borrow, but you can use your own.

> You are allowed to bring your own bottle of water.

> Bring your own towel (it's optional).

 

Each student should share with the instructor any pain or previous injuries.

The practice is a self-guided study and it is each individual student’s responsibility to be aware of and adapt around pain and injuries.

If you're interested, please book your place at least one day ahead. According to low participation (less than 5 people) I am allowed to cancel class. I'll let you know via phone or mail in advance. Thank you for understanding.
