I believe "Dance is an international language." I teach this classes in Czech, but if you already have little basics of dance technique (any kind), you are welcome to join us. By the way, you can always ask, I will be happy to explain it in English. There are two options: High Heels - every Tuesday and Musical Dance - every Thursday.

I AM

DANCER, CHOREOGRAPHER

My name is Anežka Knotková and I founded my first dance class of Dance AKA in 2017.

I have been intensively dancing since I was a child. I went to several dance schools, courses and workshops. I became the champion of Czech Republic multiple times and the finalist of World championship of Tap dance. I have been creating choreographies since I was 15 years old and I have been leading courses since I was 18 years old. Since 2014, I have been working as an external teacher at JAMU in Brno.

We might know me from my collaboration with the Brno Philharmonic, the NdB Ballet and the Moravian-Silesian National Theater or on TV screens with Talentmanie, Planeta Yó and Dobré ráno with Czech Television.

I also worked abroad, and that's where my idea to start Dance AKA came from. I teach my lessons in both Czech and English.
